Is there an Android version?
Yes, Truffe is on its way to Google Play. Email support@loonsoftworks.com with “Android” in the subject and we’ll write when it’s ready.
How do I scan a vet paper?
Open Scan, pick the pet, then tap Scan with camera. Hold the phone over the page; it snaps automatically. Check each field on the next screen, then tap Save. Your phone reads the paper itself, and nothing is uploaded.
The scan got a date or name wrong.
Fix it on the check screen before saving. Dates like 03/04/2026 can mean March 4 or April 3, so the app asks you to pick. Saved records can be opened and deleted from the pet’s Health tab.
I’m not getting reminder notifications.
Go to More → Turn on notifications, and check Settings → Notifications → Truffe on your iPhone. Reminders always show on the Home screen too.
How do I add or change a pet’s photo?
Open the pet and tap the photo button at the top, or Edit → Change profile photo. Open a pet’s photos to add more or pick a different profile photo.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Your records come with your iPhone backup when you restore a new phone from it. You can also export everything any time from More → Export everything.
How do I change the language, country or currency?
Go to More → Language and region. The language, currency, date reading and local information all follow what you choose there.
Is this veterinary advice?
No. Truffe keeps records and reminders. Always follow your veterinarian’s guidance, and in an emergency call your vet or the nearest emergency animal hospital.
